Life’s many stages can lead to feelings of disconnection (from others or self), loss, unbalance, confusion or conflict.

I work with individuals to identify and utilize the appropriate self care strategies and techniques that will aid in creating healthy physical and/or mental habits. I use a holistic approach to help identify the area(s) of life that could use some structure or guidance. Once identified, I help tailor a personalized self care regimen that motivates, uplifts and guides individuals to understand their true purpose and potential. I provide direction towards self awareness, stability, health and happiness by focusing on establishing a balanced mindset.
